Quality Supervisor
Location: Laramie, WY
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc., a trusted leader in the chemical, industrial mineral, and aggregate production industries, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our exceptional team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by leading quality initiatives across our operations in Wyoming and Northern Colorado.
About the Role:
- Oversee product quality and ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality products synonymous with the Pete Lien & Sons brand.
- Lead and support a team of laboratory technicians while providing technical expertise across multiple production areas, including calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide, gypsum, and aggregates.
- Collaborate with operational, compliance, and sales teams to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Geochemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Relevant experience in the industrial manufacturing industry is desired.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities and excellent report writing skills required.
