Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Duties:

- Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.

- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.

- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role within Human Resources or a related field.

- Familiarity with HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP or Oracle is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of employment labor law is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes.
