What You'll Do:
- Project & Operations Management: Be the conductor of our marketing orchestra! You'll manage projects and campaigns from the first note (brief) to the final chord (on-time delivery), ensuring everything hits perfectly and on schedule.
- Freelancer Management: Own the collaboration with our freelance talent and key external partners. Drive the process from onboarding and task execution through feedback loops and quality checks. Your mission: Forge strong, productive relationships that amplify our team's impact.
- Process & Workflow Optimization: Analyze, develop, and optimize marketing workflows (particularly for freelance teams) using ClickUp and Slack to boost efficiency.
- Communication & Reporting: Serve as a central communication hub and report regularly on project status, key metrics, and resource allocation.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce setting (1 years).
- Solid understanding of core marketing principles and project lifecycles from brief to completion.
- Familiarity with key digital marketing concepts and platforms relevant to managing projects, such as SEM/SMA (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart), and analytics (Google Analytics/GA4).
- An understanding of processes related to campaign analysis, optimization, CRO, and A/B testing is valuable for coordinating related tasks and specialists.
- Demonstrated experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external vendors (particularly digital marketing specialists).
- Proficiency with project management software; strong ClickUp experience highly desired.
- Proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
