Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Receptionist at Pfister Family Law in Frisco, Texas. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, maintaining phone etiquette, demonstrating strong communication and customer service skills, and performing various clerical tasks to support the office. This position primarily handles the initial contact for potential new clients and thus has to have the personality to receive and sell the firm on incoming phone calls. In addition, given the stresses of family law, an empathy towards those going through divorce and family law litigation is imperative.
A knowledge of social media marketing would be helpful to assist with online marketing for the firm.
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in receptionist duties and clerical skills a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus but not required

Salary paid based on qualifications and experience; Will include paid health insurance, paid vacation, and contributing 401k.
