About This Role
">This Director, Product Owner position is accountable for creating and building out the data and data mastering platforms supporting all of Prudential's lines of business. The successful candidate will work on the cutting edge of defining the future of our technology organization and the way our technology serves clients in this space going forward.
Main Responsibilities
">- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements and translate them into product vision and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product backlog items.
- Establish and lead multiple teams across the Domain Journey to build skill sets, enhance collaboration on development, and optimize compensation capabilities for speed to market and operational efficiency.
Requirements
">- 5 years of industry experience with strong expertise in life insurance & annuity product development and servicing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
