That is, We are looking for a smart, driven People Operations Manager to help our people operations and operations department. In this role, you will report to our Director of People Operations to build out a a best in class people operations experience here at Phamily and help engage and retain current employees while helping develop systems to develop them. You will assist in onboarding, off-boarding, building processes and policies and work autonomously to identify areas that need improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support performance management processes by coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee development plans.
- Develop and facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting and analytics.
- Help manage employee benefits administration, including answering questions and facilitating enrollment.
- Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Assist with organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Stay informed of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies.
