The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong ability to source candidates in pharmaceutical industries, operations, administration, and more.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for operations, warehouse management, compliance, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to find qualified candidates.
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in reverse logistics.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or pharmaceutical industries.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with reverse logistics, pharmaceutical returns, compliance, or regulatory hiring is a plus.
- Requires light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature as well as periods of prolonged sitting.
