What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Accounts Payable Manager position at PHDC?
Reporting directly to the Accounting Director, the Accounts Payable Assistant Manager supports the efficient operation of the accounts payable (AP) function in the Finance Department by overseeing daily activities, managing a team of AP staff, and ensuring compliance with PHDC policies and financial regulations. This role involves working closely with vendors, internal departments, and the Accounting Director to maintain accurate and timely payment processes and resolve any discrepancies.
This position begins at the stated starting salary. The salary increases yearly to top of pay range based on satisfactory performance.
