Duties

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed of their options.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro for data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with management on organization design to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors related to HR services, including payroll systems like Kronos.
- Monitor payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR managerial role with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and benefits administration is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, particularly UltiPro, as well as payroll systems like Kronos.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of change management practices and experience implementing them successfully within an organization is a plus.
