Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes throughout the project.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including status updates and risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred.
