Construction Project Manager

· Provide superior client service (with emphasis on exceeding expectations) to multiple clients

· Manage monthly payment application processes utilizing primarily AIA applications for payment and corresponding Schedule of Values

· Overseeing all aspects of multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

· Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

· Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.

· Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

· Ensuring that all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

· Develop warranty books and close-out documents per project specifications in accordance with client expectations.

· Participating in project meetings, reviews, and inspections.

· Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other partners.

· Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Education and/or Experience

· 5 years project management experience in commercial construction with emphasis on healthcare facilities specifically in hospital project

· Knowledge of AHCA – Agency for Healthcare Administration strongly preferred

· Knowledge of ICRA – Infection Control Related Activities in the Healthcare environment strongly preferred

· Understanding of Microsoft Suite and general computer knowledge

· Procore Construction Management system is a plus

· Proven track record of AHCA inspection completion

Certifications/Licenses

· ICRA certified (or ability to achieve certification within first year of employment)

· OSHA certifications

· Valid Florida Driver’s License
