Phillips Seafood Baltimore is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dining Room Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, high-volume full-service restaurant environment. He/she will also possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. This role requires a blend of culinary knowledge, staff training abilities, and effective management skills to maintain our high standards for our guests' dining experience.
Duties
- Collaborate with service and kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent people skills; be able to communicate effectively with guests and with staff
- Willingness to take initiative and self-motivated
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to build & lead successful teams
- Ability to be a role model in staff appearance and presentation
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday open availability is required, complete open availability is preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest experiences through exceptional service.
Expectations:
Restaurant Supervisor will:
- Build guest relations through interaction.
- Provide training, support, and assistance for all front of the house staff members.
- Supervise all day-to-day operations of the entire front of the house.
Compensation:
- $22.00 per hour,
- Overtime for hours above 40 per week.
- No Cost telemedicine coverage effective immediately upon hire
