Phillips Home Improvements is seeking a dynamic and driven Call Center Lead to coach, motivate, and lead our Inside Sales team to new heights. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for coaching and development, and the ability to drive quality results, this is the opportunity for you.
Pay: $18 per hour base; pay-for-performance incentives and commissions weekly and monthly! Potential to earn $50,000 !

What You'll Do:

- Coach and Develop: Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to Inside Sales Associates, helping them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
