Summary of Job:
Enrollment Services Representatives work with prospective families that are interested in enrolling a student in cyber school for grades K – 12. By utilizing various computer systems and business processes, Representatives assist families with completing an application, submitting required paperwork, and scheduling orientation sessions. Representatives will be responsible for providing first-level support pertaining to questions about the school, programs, academics, and the enrollment process. Assisting families through the complexity of each stage of the enrollment process in a nurturing, informative, and welcoming way is critical to the success of the position. Representatives will also assist families after enrollment with questions received via phone and e-mail, updating addresses, and contact information. Call volumes may fluctuate depending upon the time of year, OT and/or weekend hours may be mandatory during critical times.
Available Schedules:
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
- Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 8am – 5pm
- Monday – Thursday 10am – 7pm, Friday 8am – 5pm
Minimum Qualifications: (Special skills, knowledge, ability, education, etc.)
- Spanish-English bilingual preferred
- Strong organizational, written communication, and time management skills
- Compose personalized responses to a variety of questions received through email
- Exceptional verbal communication skills that are conveyed over the phone
- Demonstrated comfort utilizing both a phone system and computer system for entering demographic information
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred; understand the value and importance of providing the highest level of customer service
- Team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Additional duties as assigned
Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrate sensitivity working with confidential information, adhering to FERPA policies
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet enrollment goals
- Accurate and efficient processing of applications
- Attention to detail
- Provide timely and accurate responses to questions
- Be continually available on a phone queue and utilize a proprietary business system for data entry
- Responsible for outgoing calls to provide follow-up to families, ensure problem resolution, and to invite to informational events
- Offering assistance in other areas of the company as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
