Nesco Resource is partnering with a local client here in Williamsport, PA for a Call Center Representative!
Responsibilities :
- Answering incoming calls
- Keep records maintained and up to date
- Providing accurate balancing of client revenues.
- Communicating any issues that arise to the appropriate account leader
- Going through daily web transactions
- Responding to emails promptly
- Follow all security guidelines
Qualifications :
Hours : Monday through Friday 9am-5 : 30pm
Pay : $14.00-$15.00 per hour
