What you’ll do:
- Conceptualize & Build: Work with the Philo Ventures team to validate and refine the business concept, ensuring it aligns with unmet market demands in the plant nursery industry.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop software tailored to the needs of the built environment.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with early adopters, gather insights, and iterate on the product to achieve strong product-market fit.
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position the company for scalability and long-term success.
- Investor Relations: Build relationships with investors, secure funding, and drive the company toward long-term viability.
- Adapt & Innovate: Monitor industry trends, pivot strategies when necessary, and remain agile in navigating challenges.
Who you are:
- Entrepreneurial Visionary: You’re a self-starter with a track record of turning ideas into realities and scaling impactful solutions.
- Built Environment Enthusiast: You have experience in or a deep interest in the built environment, such as agriculture, horticulture, construction, or related industries.
- Experienced Product Leader: You have a strong background as a product manager, particularly in early-stage software development, and can guide teams from concept to execution.
- Innovative Problem Solver: You excel at tackling complex challenges and finding creative solutions that align with customer needs.
- Strategic Thinker: You can combine big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution.
- Resilient & Adaptable: You thrive in uncertainty, adapt to challenges, and persevere to achieve results.
