Position Overview:

The Parts Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional service to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with small engines, strong organizational skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize parts inventory
• Source and order parts for small engines and landscaping equipment
• Assist customers and team members with parts identification and selection
• Process orders, invoices, and returns accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for small engine parts
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all parts-related transactions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience with small engines and related parts is required
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of parts sourcing and supply chain processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a plus
