What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing and Inventory Analyst position at Phoenix Global Corporation?
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze procurement and inventory data from SAP S / 4HANA and legacy systems to optimize stock levels and purchasing decisions.
- Track and report on key inventory KPIs, including turnover rates, critical spare availability, and supplier performance.
- Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings in purchasing and inventory management.
- Work closely with buyers, procurement leadership, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the transition from legacy systems to SAP S / 4HANA by validating data accuracy and supporting system integration efforts.
- Develop reports and dashboards to improve visibility into inventory trends and procurement efficiency.
- Support supplier evaluation efforts by providing data-driven insights for the Supplier Performance Profile (SPP).
