We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Professional to work for a dynamic educational institution in the Ann Arbor area. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional administrative support.
Duties:
- Maintain databases and prepares management reports for electronic data collection systems
- Utilize student database management system for various tasks (inputting, exporting, organizing)
- Provide technical support to staff related to PowerSchool
- Organize staff materials, create documents using various electronic formats, prepare employee development training materials, newsletters, and school web page
- Provide budget reports, account reconciliation, create and track purchase orders, and account history for departmental accounts
- Order materials using a variety of vendors considering the price and quality to establish best price for materials & print reports
- Maintain school calendars and building schedules for various programs
- Deliver mail to staff
- Other duties as assigned
Qualified candidates will have an Associates degree or equivalent experience (progressively responsible experience in a clerical environment strongly preferred), high proficiency in MS Office, timely and accurate data entry skills, and a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
