As a Vehicle Scheduler, you will manage vehicles for their complete lifecycle, working with development engineers to maintain accurate records and requests while following GM policy.

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.
Vehicle Scheduler Responsibilities include:
- Receive new/transferred vehicles daily.
- Schedule/track vehicle usage.
- Run monthly and quarterly inventory reports.
- Submit paperwork for disposals for scrap or auction vehicles.
- Attend meetings, field questions, and address concerns.
- Conduct an annual physical inventory.
- Perform vehicle lot audits as requested.
- Remove/install expired/new M-plates annually.
- Support vehicle maintenance and windshield repair/replacement/recalls.
- Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be customer service-oriented.
- 1-year customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications.
