We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our client as the Vice President of Professional Services that specializes in Software as a Service. This strategic role involves managing large accounts and overseeing projects that could be as short as a few weeks to multi-year engagements.  As the VP of Professional Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes, building strong client relationships, and leading change management initiatives.

Your role:

• Lead and inspire a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government organizations, serving as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs.
• Drive change management initiatives, lead conversations around change requests, and effectively negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver seamless service experiences.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance service delivery.

What you’ve got:

• Extensive professional services experience within the software space.
• Demonstrated success in managing large accounts in a SaaS-based, consulting, or software company.
• Proven experience in change management, with a track record of leading and implementing successful change initiatives.
