Pirates to Raiders School Site Coordinator - Phoenix High School
CLOSING DATE : Until filled
REPORTS TO : Principal
SALARY : As determined by negotiated salary schedule.
POSITION SUMMARY : This position is responsible for overseeing the Pirates to Raiders program, coordinating with SOU, taking attendance and running meetings 2-3 times per week. SOU will provide onsite support to PTS staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in program management of Pirates to Raiders.
- Maintain relationships with students on a regular basis.
- Review grades, school attendance, behavior, and program participation.
- Work with students on goal setting, study skills and habits in collaboration with SOU.
- Monitor tutoring session site and / or program trips if needed.
- Facilitate parent education in collaboration with SOU.
- Offer workshops to Pirates to Raiders students (8th-12th grades) if needed.
- Communicate with families regarding programming (meetings, trips, etc.).
- Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress.
