Human Resources Generalist

Physicians Rehab Solution, a national organization, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their Bowling Green, KY team.

This position will support the VP of HR, PRS Operational Team, and team members in daily HR functions. These include but are not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, reporting, and payroll processing.

This individual should be dynamic, personable, a team-player, driven, and have a servant's heart.

This is a full-time, exempt, benefit-eligible position.

• This team member will be open to training, input, and daily mentorship/collaboration from the PRS operational team and leadership.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience required
• 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources role.
• Benefits & Payroll Processing experience, a plus.
