What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Piattello Italian Kitchen?
Chef and restaurateur Marcus Paslay has teamed up with Scott Lewis, Kellen Hamrah and Russell Kirkpatrick to develop an Italian restaurant focused on using quality ingredients and making as much from scratch as we can. With a seasonal menu and revolving door of wines and cocktails, you'll be sure to find something familiar or venture out into something new. "Piattello" can mean several things in differing Italian dialects, from 'little plate' to 'clay pigeon', a nod to our sister restaurant Clay Pigeon Food and Drink.
