Behavior Analyst

Piece of the Puzzle Behavior Analysis is an ABA therapy agency with locations throughout Florida including Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. We are currently in search of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who is looking to be part of a professional, passionate, and expanding organization where culture matters. The analyst will be assigned a caseload based on experience. This role has potential to grow into a Director to be leading this region for in-home and school services.

Qualifications and characteristics of an ideal candidate:

• Two or more years of experience in the field of ABA
• In good standing with the BACB
• Committed to practicing ethically
• Experienced in implementing home and school programs using a naturalistic learning approach
• Possess strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, and effectively collaborate with others.
• Experience with, or the desire, to work with children and teens.

Compensation:

Full-Time hourly or salary
