A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRO SHOP ATTENDANT:
Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a part-time retail pro shop attendant. You provide outstanding customer service to our members and their guests. You are knowledgeable about operating POS system while remaining smiling and friendly during your transactions. You enthusiastically sell racquet-related merchandise and book court times for our members. Fanatic about the look of the Pro Shop, you routinely clean and maintain both the sales and inventory areas of the Shop.
WORK SCHEDULE:
This part-time retail position requires working variable shifts including nights, some weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Attention to details with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency using a PC
- High School diploma or GED equivalent or some college preferred
- Background in retail or sporting goods preferred
- Proficient using software applications like Microsoft, tournament software, or other databases preferred
- Point-of-Sale (POS) experience preferred
- Must be able to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
Experience working in a similar environment, previous customer service experience, and some point-of-sale knowledge are highly desirable but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.
