Here are some products provided by Pierre Fabre USA : EAU THERMALE Avène,Glytone, Klorane, Rene Furterer, Hemangiol Votre mission Pierre Fabre USA is expanding their commercialization efforts in the US and is seeking to add to our management team by hiring a Vice President of Professional Marketing. In this newly created role, you will have responsibility for delivering customer excellence for our amazing portfolio of brands: Eau Thermale Avène, Rene Furterer, Glytone, Klorane, and Hemangeol. This individual will lead a team of approximately 10, including 6 direct reports in the areas of BtoB marketing such as HCP Marketing, Salon Marketing and Trade Marketing, BtoB CRM as well as both Beauty and Medical Education. Essential Functions: Create and implement an innovative marketing strategy for national retail accounts, medical detailing and salon partners in line with brand priorities and positioning. Ensure execution of strategic marketing plans for national retail accounts, medical detailing and salon channels to build profitability and grow market share. Create and maintain yearly promotional calendar: pricing development and execution Create and implement marketing strategy for professional salon channel Oversee Trade Marketing in collaboration with Retail - National Account Managers Oversee HCP marketing both our Dermo-cosmetic and Pharmaceutical divisions. Provide strong medical affairs management to create and implement medical marketing and activation plans, incl. medical conferences, and Ad Board presentations. Own a full detailing plan including targeting of specific health professionals, sampling management both in field and through CRM (Veeva). Oversee Training and Education teams: Dermo-cosmetics, Retail & Salon and (Pharmaceutical/Medical Affairs) Other duties as requested by the Business Competencies: Leadership skills, including the ability to solve problems that include many decision-makers and carry several options for solutions. Strong communication skills. Comprehensive understanding of the professional salon and medical channels (dermo-cosmetic and pharmaceutical) Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the dynamics driving the US retail/beauty/ market. Demonstrated understanding of program/project management processes and tools. Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company (cross functionally and interdisciplinary). Ability to develop solutions to complex problems requiring the use of ingenuity and creativity. Formulate approaches and strategies which may fall outside of historical norms. Proven teamwork and collaboration skills. Strong team player with an ability to be a participant and a leader. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus 10 years professional experience in a relevant or similar role (beauty industry) 8 plus years of retail marketing experience / integrated marketing Prior marketing experience in the medical channel and salon channels Prior experience overseeing or closely collaborating with training and education Work Environment / physical demands / position type and expected hours of work: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This position is currently a hybrid role. Salary : $155,000 - $196,000
