Responsibilities
- Able to establish effective, timely working relationships with patients, families, staff and physicians.
- Expertise in the nursing process in order to develop an individualized patient plan of care.
- Clinical competence, including demonstrable skills in the establishment of peripheral intravenous lines and administration of intravenous therapies.
- Computer skills.
- Principles and methods of adult education
Education
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing
- BS degree
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in acute care setting
- Home Health experience preferred.
- Current California RN license.
- Current CPR card.
- Current California driver's license and valid auto insurance.
- Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse Certification.
- BSN or MSN degree preferred
