Job Description
Position Summary : The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project management of master service agreements and site-specific projects for pipeline construction across a mix of customers for which Pike Gas Services, LLC serves. PM's are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers while ensuring field operations are supplied with pertinent contractual information necessary to perform all work per specifications in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner. The PM is expected to develop advanced skills and to have the ability to work independently.
Essential Functions :
Under minimal supervision, the Project Manager will :
- Serve as project point of contact with management regarding client coordination, strategic planning, scope management and budgeting.
- Oversee projects to include financial supervision, tracking and controlling cost, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and material management.
- Manage large quantities of inventory and materials
- Provide internal financial assistance : produce accurate financial projections and accruals on a regular basis.
Be responsible for accurate monthly financial reporting with adequate backup for management, internal and external accounting and / or SOX requirements
