Summary
Position focuses on complex (Further Processing Prepared Foods) ZBB tracking, analysis, and annual preparation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: List from most important to least important
Supervisory Elements: Quantify and describe briefly (direct, hire, terminate, appraise, recommend, etc)
Normally no supervisory elements.
Decision Making Authority: Describe with examples and estimate of frequency
Minimal decision making. Gathers, facilitates, and communicates
Customer Focus
List principal contacts/customers
Internal and External
Scope
Difficulty of Duties: Must be proficient and knowledgeable of all aspects of Moorefield Prepared Foods processing procedures, QA, USDA, all Safety procedures
Responsibility for Confidential Information: Must keep all proprietary information confidential
Language Skills: Must possess the ability to communicate and/or read and understand documents, regulations, company policies and procedure manuals.

- Gather, coordinate, and communicate daily/weekly/monthly processing & operation ZBB tracking
- Help complex team build annual ZBB files
- Identify and analyze variances
- Track Utilities, Operating Costs, Packaging / Ingredient Waste, etc.
