SUMMARY OF THE POSITION :
The Outreach Specialist, working under the direction of the outreach leadership team, will work with Emergency Services clients on aspects of the Housing Search and Housing Stabilization, and will work on other projects as assigned, including research regarding landlord and other rental resources. The Outreach Specialist will receive supervision from the Program Supervisor and will bring issues of clinical import or client interaction to the Clinical Supervisor’s attention.

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication skills, good internet and email etiquette
- Good computer skills, particularly in internet research and MS Office, including Excel
