Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resource Manager. Duties
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring competitive offerings that meet employee needs.
- Manage succession planning initiatives to develop future leaders within the company.
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations to mitigate risk.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with supervisors to drive organizational change and improve overall performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and best practices.
- Experience in benefits administration and understanding of various employee benefit programs.
- Experience in healthcare a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
