Project Manager Role:
The Project Manager is part of a 3-person project delivery team along with the Superintendent and Project Executive charged with successfully completing projects. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Project Team, including the Design team (architect & Designer), Pinemar, and Trade Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project efforts among design teams, trade partners, and clients
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders
- Manage information flow between owners, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the Pinemar team
