Pineville Rehab and Living Center is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our Human Resources (HR) Director.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Oversee New Hire Application Process
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Requirements for Human Resources (HR):
- High School Graduate or GED.
- One or more years of related experience in Human Resource field with hiring and payroll and or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge for this job.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Skills.
