We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks, along with phone support in a lively, fast-paced family entertainment atmosphere. Responsibilities include answering & directing incoming phone calls from guests. Providing exceptional customer service while answering questions & making reservations. The ideal candidate would have excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable using web based reservation systems.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule bowling & restaurant reservations
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Maintain office procedures
- Provide general support to visitors
Skills
- Knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Administrative Duties:
