Automotive Service BDC Representative
We are looking for a professional, highly motivated, multi-tasking, detail oriented and responsible individual to join our team. Business Development, Telemarketing or Call Center experience is a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure. Phone sales or dealership experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. The BDC Representative is responsible for handling phone leads and internet inquiries to generate appointments for the dealership service department.

What you'll do:
- Communicates effectively, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
- Sets and confirms appointments for service.
- Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system
- Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities
- Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
- Constantly update and purify customer records.
- Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
- Ensures that each customer is informed of his/her warranty details and maintenance schedule.
- Explains the hours of operation and location of the service and parts departments.
