Responsibilities
- Processes in/out bound phone calls for Toyota, Nissan, and Kia stores
- Assist service advisor with preparing for customer arrival
- Confirm/Reminding guests of their appointments
- Maintain and update guests’ information
- Assist with scanning of parts and service documentation
- Sorting and filing paperwork
- Coordinate communication
- Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
- Log all activity in a CRM
- Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Bilingual preferred - Pay differential offered
