: As a member of the Director Leadership Team, the Assistant Director of Capital Infrastructure and Facility Management (CIFM) reports to the Director of Capital Infrastructure and Facility Management and principally performs a collaborative role in the Director Leadership Team and the overall in the CIFM Department. The Assistant Director is responsible for directing work while-planning and aligning staff, operations, and administrative functions of the Department to optimize work processes. The Assistant Director is responsible for developing and administering policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems to ensure completion of client services and adherence by staff to policies and procedures, client budgets and daily operations. The Assistant Director identifies and implements systems and resources that provide productivity, efficiency and quality control to the Department that cultivates innovation. The Assistant Director is responsible for client satisfaction, including oversight and development of client budgets and scopes of client services. The Assistant Director provides leadership within the Department, with the other Assistant Directors and across the Company by communicating effectively and utilizing procedures and practices that instill trust and builds collaboration.

Major Responsibilities
- Department Management
