Pinnacle Health & Rehabilitation in North Berwick is currently hiring a full-time Maintenance Assistant for general maintenance, repair and grounds upkeep. The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

- Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., by cutting, trimming, sweeping, etc., as necessary/directed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include minor plumbing, plastering, painting, mechanical, etc.
- Maintain general plant and facility in good repair, ensuring a safe, clean and orderly environment.
- Good driving record to drive company vehicles to resident appointments and to stores to obtain materials for maintenance and other departments as needed.
- Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by supervisor and/or administrator.
