What are the responsibilities and job description for the End User Technical Support II position at Pinnacle Group?
Note :
- Required to work in the office for up to 5 days a week.
- Working Model : Hybrid- The selected candidates will be required to work in the office for up to 5 days a week.
- Currently expected to be in the office 2 days per week but Client doesn't want to exclude it could go to 5 at some point.
- Client doesn't have a schedule of which 2 days they must go in since our team varies days on when they go in that is convenient.
- If hired in Alpharetta, I can see them going in the same days as the manager does for instance.

Pay Range : $30- $34
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
