Job Responsibilities:
Event Setup and Breakdown:
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other furniture according to event specifications.
- Set up audio-visual equipment, if required.
- Decorate banquet spaces with attention to detail, ensuring they meet the event's theme and standards.
- Clean and organize the room after events, resetting it for the next use.
- Other duties as assigned
Food and Beverage Service:
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously during events.
- Replenish buffet lines, beverage stations, or table settings as needed.
- Monitor and respond to guest requests throughout the event.

Guest Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, approachable, and responsive to guest needs.
- Answer questions about the menu, event schedule, or hotel services.
Compliance and Safety:
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel and event policies, including proper handling of equipment and alcohol service.
- Assist in monitoring the safety of guests and coworkers during events.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other banquet team members, kitchen staff, and the event planner to ensure seamless execution of events.
