Job Summary: The Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage the inside sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role involves overseeing customer accounts, optimizing sales processes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes with VP of Sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
