Pinnacle Recovery Center is a Joint Commission Accredited, custom built, 16 bed residential treatment center located in Holladay, Utah. We treat adults struggling with substance use, alcohol, and mental health issues. Pinnacle Recovery is looking for a Chef that is focused on preparing all meals to help with assisting our clients in maintaining a healthy lifestyle in their recovery process. We are looking for an individual that is team focused and open to engaging with the clients.

The position is Full time, 40 hrs per week requiring the following:

• Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Carries out all meal plans for clients and staff at Pinnacle Recovery Center. Adheres to Pinnacle’s philosophy relative to health, nutrition and provision of balanced and nutritious meals. Supervises and acts as role model for all residents in the program as they go through the healing process.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent cleanliness and organizational skills required
• Strong work ethic and being a self-starter required.
• Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to drive company vehicles desired.
• Able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.
• Experience and Education
• At least 21 years of age
• 2 years experience cooking for large groups
• Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Current Food Handlers Permit
