Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Release Manager to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. This role focuses on overseeing the release management process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing vendor relationships to ensure the successful delivery of new products and software deployments. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized project manager with a strong understanding of product and software engineering, combined with excellent vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & Release Management: Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and document product requirements and specifications.

• Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors responsible for developing and deploying new POS systems across restaurants.

• Release Planning: Develop and maintain release schedules to ensure timely and coordinated product launches.

• Data Analysis: Analyze product performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the release process and develop mitigation strategies.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to product releases, including schedules, status reports, and post-release reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 years of experience in a product analyst or release management role.

• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management abilities with a focus on timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.

• Vendor Management: Proven experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring successful collaboration.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

• Software Engineering Knowledge: Understanding of product and software engineering processes, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with POS systems is a plus, but not required.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
