Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Developer MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) Location: Hybrid Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a transformative initiative at MBTA. This role involves optimizing the platform, building workflows, and developing a long-term roadmap for the ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows and Service Catalog items.
- Contribute to platform optimization to enhance performance and user experience.
- Support ITSM Business Management and drive efficient service delivery processes.
- Collaborate on building the ServiceNow roadmap and aligning it with business goals.
- Work across teams to ensure best practices in platform usage and automation.
- Assist with or have exposure to CMDB (Configuration Management Database) activities and structures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience in:
- Workflow design & automation
- Service Catalog development
- Platform optimization & best practices
- Knowledge of ITSM Business Management.
- Exposure to or experience with CMDB is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
