Job Title: Sr. Reliability Architect
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Preferred) or Dallas, TX (Hybrid Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 12 Months Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Reliability Architect with expertise in AI Ops, Data Fabric, Alerting Architecture, and Observability to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing robust solutions in the areas of historical analytics, data fabric, and AI ops strategies. If you have a deep understanding of observability, architecture design, and the ability to work on cutting-edge prototype work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Historical Analytics Architecture, including developing Requirements Documents, Logical Designs, and Technical Designs.
Architect Data Fabric Architecture solutions with a focus on Requirements Documents, Logical Designs, and Technical Designs.
Develop and implement Alerting Architecture with clear documentation, logical designs, and technical specifications.
Develop and refine AI Ops Strategy and AI Observability Strategy.
Define and promote OTel Standards and strategies, including Logging Standards.
Create Prototype Work, including Observability API demonstrations and AIOps demonstrations (Predictive and Prescriptive activities).
Design and implement Observability Maturity Models and establish an Assessment Structure.
Create and deliver Training and Education Materials for internal teams on observability, AIOps, and related technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Historical Analytics Architecture, Data Fabric Architecture, and Alerting Architecture.
Strong background in AI Ops Strategy and AI Observability Strategy.
Expertise in OTel Standards and Logging Standards.
Experience with developing Prototype work, including API and AIOps demonstrations.
Familiarity with Observability Maturity Models and conducting assessments.
Strong experience in creating training and educational materials for technical teams.
Strong documentation skills, including Requirements Documents, Logical Designs, and Technical Designs.
Ability to effectively work in a hybrid work environment (onsite and remote).
