Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Create and manage all digital marketing channels (website, social media, email campaigns)
Craft compelling messaging that communicates MSP and AI-enabled solutions to target audiences
Design and maintain brand identity across all company touchpoints
Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights
Manage marketing budget and resources efficiently
Create technical content that resonates with IT professionals and decision-makers
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MSP and AI technology space
Research and monitor RFPs and other opportunity announcements relevant to company services
Write compelling business proposals and respond to RFPs with customized solutions
Develop and maintain sales collateral to support business development efforts
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and strategic partners
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Maintain a pipeline of business opportunities and track conversion metrics
Strategic Growth:
Collaborate with leadership to define company positioning in competitive marketplace
Research market trends and provide insights to inform business strategy
Identify potential partnerships, integrations, or channels to expand business reach
Develop customer retention strategies to maximize lifetime value
Establish and track KPIs for both marketing and business development initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
4 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in technology sector
Technical background or demonstrated understanding of IT services, MSP operations, and AI technologies
Experience writing winning business proposals and responding to RFPs
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems
Strong digital marketing skills across multiple channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
Experience developing marketing plans and campaigns from conception to execution
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience marketing for MSPs, SaaS companies, or IT service providers
Previous experience in dual marketing/business development role
Knowledge of government or enterprise procurement processes
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles
