Job Description :
HR Coordinator - Separations & Leave of Absence
The HR Coordinator (Separations / Leave of Absence) is responsible and accountable for ensuring the delivery of HR services in the separation or LOA space, and other duties as assigned.
The HR Coordinator will work in close partnership with the Core HR Service Team in the handling of all transactional systems and processes. This includes reviewing and processing employee leaves and / or the timely and accurate processing of off-boarding activities for colleagues. In this role, the HR Coordinator will be part of a team that ensures HR processes and programs are implemented in a consistent manner across Pharmaceutical.
Notes :
2 openings : 6 month contracts : option to extend for a successful candidate
Will be handling severance processes in HR services (post onboarding through termination)
Policy oriented backend HR candidates will be ideal for this position
HR background
Experience in HRIS systems : Workday, ServiceNow, ADP and case management systems
Must have Enterprise experience, experience in a matrixed environment
Ability to work inside systems in between HR and payroll to manage severance payment questions, etc.
Knowledge of Leave of Absence regulations
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
Hybrid Role : 2.5 days in office per week on an average
Responsibilities :
Handle review and processing of employee leaves and / or the timely and accurate processing of all transactions related to termination events
Ensure data integrity for all HR systems and databases within the required Compliance framework
Synthesize various reports using MS Excel or similar
Provide administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, etc.)
Support successful colleague off-boarding
Comply with data privacy regulations
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
A minimum of 1-3 years working experience (prefer HR field)
Experience in managing highly confidential sensitive data and record retention
Experience with HR Policy administration through case management systems
Experience with special technical projects inside HR systems
System Experience : Workday, ADP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Back office HR case management experience
High attention to detail (red lining docs, auditing)
Strong time management and risk identification skills
Risk identification experience
Data analytics within HR systems
Compliance / audit and process optimization skills preferred
Team player
