About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated EVS Manager to join our team at Pioneers Skilled Nursing Center. As the EVS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Environmental Services department and ensuring that our facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care in a clean and comfortable environment. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in Environmental Services
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in Environmental Services
- Experience working in a long-term care facility
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cleaning and maintenance schedules for the facility
- Manage and train a team of Environmental Services staff
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high standard of care for our residents
Skills:
As the EVS Manager, you will use your strong leadership and communication skills to manage and train a team of Environmental Services staff.
