About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Unit Manager for our Pioneers Skilled Nursing facility . As the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care. You will work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment, and in promoting the highest standards of patient care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active nursing license in the state of employment
- BLS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Certification in nursing leadership or administration
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, including patient care, staffing, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
